Ongoing Training and Evaluation Program (OTEP) is a program of education for EMS personnel, approved by the MPD and the Department of Health to meet the education requirements and core topic content for recertification. OTEP includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor evaluations following completion of each topic presentation to determine student competence of topic content.
