Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS, the American Heart Associations's course is for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of the hospital. Health Traning Network (HTN) offers both Initial and Renewal ACLS classes scheduled regularly.
This class is for medical providers such as physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency.
16 hour course
Receive certification card valid for 2 years
Requires both a written and a practical skills test
Class cost includes Provider Manual
Optional ECC handbook and other materials available for an additional fee
