Debi brings experience in training and leadership to the Health Training Network and the American Heart Association in CPR, PALS and ACLS courses. At INHS, Debi manages the retail operations and scheduling for the community training center. Debi also coordinates specific courses for health facilities and individuals to help them meet their training needs. Prior to INHS, Debi worked with the Inland Empire EMS Training Council for 5 years. Debi is AHA/BLS regional faculty, training center faculty and a BLS instructor.

Carolyn brings over 20 years of EMS experience in direct patient care, management and education to the Health Training Network. At INHS, Carolyn coordinates and facilitates the EMS education which includes the East Region Ongoing Training and Evaluation Program, PHTLS, PEPP, GEMS and Farmedic courses. Prior to joining INHS, Carolyn was a paramedic in Spokane County for 12 years. She has also taught at Spokane Community College in the Allied Health Department for both the paramedic and EMT programs.
